This 3mm bi-color LED features a common anode configuration with two independent Red and Green cathode emitters. Housed in a durable 3mm (T-1) epoxy diffused package providing uniform light distribution and wide-angle visibility. Excellent color mixing characteristics resulting in intermediate colors of amber to yellow. Space-Saving Design: Two colors in a single T1 (3mm) package. InGaN Green 5.0 cd (20mA) and TS InGaAlP Red 3.0cd (20mA). Vf (Green) 3.0V and Vf (Red) 2.1V. High Visibility: Sunlight-viewable with a 75 degree viewing angle.
