Utilizing high output InGaN and TS AlInGaP LED die technology for optimal performance and reliability. 10mm high-intensity RGB LED makes it the ideal choice for both indoor and outdoor displays. Colors: InGaN Green (525 nm), InGaN Blue (470nm) and TS InGaAlP Red (630nm). Intensity: Green 2.0 cd (Vf = 3.3V), Blue 1.2 cd (Vf=3.3V) and Red 1.5 cd (Vf = 2.0V). Viewing angles: 75 Degree. Common Anode to Red, Green and Blue Cathode.
