A high-luminance 5mm (T-1 3/4) bi-color LED engineered for mission-critical status signaling. Utilizing an AlInGaP semiconductor structure, this LED delivers a focused, high-intensity output that remains visible in high-ambient light environments. With a shared Common Cathode (-), it allows for independent control of Red and Yellow channels, providing a clear "Stop/Go" or Fault/Safe" visual interface with a sharp 30 degree viewing angle. Colors: InGaAlP Red (630 nm) and InGaAlP Yellow (590nm). Intensity: Red 3.8 cd (20mA) and Yellow 3.8 cd (20mA). Vf (Red) 2.1V and Vf (Yellow) 2.1V. Viewing angles: 30 Degree. Common Cathode.
